Hey, I'm Julie!
I started as a massage therapist with a dream and absolutely no business plan. I was the person Googling "how much should I charge" at midnight, undercharging because I was terrified of losing clients, and burning out trying to do all the marketing "right." I built a practice from scratch, made every mistake possible, and eventually grew it into a successful studio with a full team.
After selling my practice, I became a business coach for wellness providers and spent over a decade helping massage therapists, acupuncturists, and bodyworkers build sustainable businesses. I got my MBA, dove deep into systems and strategy, and eventually moved into the tech world as a Product Manager and AI software developer, building marketing automation tools and learning how technology could actually support small business owners instead of overwhelming them.
